Q. Can I walk my dog with a Ruby's collar? Yes! Ruby's are full function collars made with high tensile steel rope with a 400 lb + strength rating. They are designed to be strong and comfortable.

Q. Are Ruby's collars good for "hair" dogs such as doodles and Portuguese Water Dogs? Yes - the beads spin and roll easily and are excellent for hair dogs unlike standard flat collars which can cause flattening and matting for these types of pups.
Q. Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship internationally but you may be responsible for additional local tariffs or duties that may apply to your locale.
Q. Return/Exchange Policy? Returns are permitted within 30 days of purchase date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
1 year warranty.
While product issues are exceedingly rare we will repair or replace any defective collars for 12 months from date of purchase. (example - cable, buckle, or fastener issues). The warranty does not cover excess of wear and/or abuse - example beads being chewed, or impact of harsh flea/tick treatments. You can start this process by filling out the contact us form below.
